Edit: 11/04/09, Warfare defeats Anub'arak 25-man TotGC with 46 attempts left, earning those who participated both Tribute to Skill and Tribute to Mad Skill.

With 22 minutes remaining, Warfare downed Algalon 25 tonight.

Sighs were released, collective butts were unclenched and the chorus "never again!" rung out. Congrats to everyone present, and great job!

Secondary news: Sighup completed his Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings tonight, making Warfare's fourth. Congrats to Sighup!

Thanks to another prematurely released patch and poor ball-handling skills by Blizzard, we were unable to down Onyxia's level 80 incarnation on opening night. Most guild members' eyes were burned through with the below image.

Oh well, maybe tomorrow!

This week, I got my 30th fragment and Warfare completed the first legendary mace on the server! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work! :)

After a couple of nights of attempts this week, and a new appreciation for conserving our mana, we finally got down General Vezax and his Saronite Animus. Racking up a new achievement, a BiS caster trinket, and our very first server first ever! Really great job everyone, on to Freya and her Watchers.

After a night of super effective attempts last week, and another tonight we finally achieved: “I choose you Steelbreaker!” The guy hits like a train on a truck loaded with bricks, and if anyone fucks up in phase 3, well, you might as well call it. The number of close attempts we had are higher than I can count consecutively, which means it’s enough to make most of our members pull their hair out in rage. However, not unlike Pokemon, our kill came immediately after subbing out Aterian, who seems to be not very effective at this game.
 
We'd also like to mention that we've recently gotten 3 lights, Knock on Wood,
Heartbreaker, Iron Dwarf: Medium Rare, and Orbit-uary that didn't get their own achievement news post, because we’re lazy, get over it. It's over.

We all hate this fight by now. But through perseverance, and possibly a bit of sanity on the part of our raiders, we finally managed to get Thorim to one shot his own whore. Nice!

After a couple of nights of attempts and a rallying pep talk by our inspiring guild leader Sunna we got Hodir down in under 3 minutes and snagged a Staff of Endless Winter to boot. Gratz on the hard work paying off guys and gratz to Krast on his new staff.
