What raid experience do you have? Be specific about which bosses you've killed and when.

BC killed all bosses including KJ and Wrath killed all bosses and farmed for months and Ulduar killed all bosses including Alagon and have GOTUR Heroic completed TOC killed all bosses including Anub Heroic but was booted from wow error and didnt get credit

What was the most difficult encounter you've had to learn and how did you go about learning it?

Sunwell was in my opinion the hardest encounter I have ever faced. We studied fights from different guilds and videos and strats

We raid Mon through Thurs 6:30-10:30 Pacific time (invites at 6). Will you be able to attend raids at these times?

What plans do you have to improve your character outside of a 25-man raid?

I am always looking for ways to improve my performance and my raid style

What was the last progression-oriented guild you were in? Where were they at in progression? Why did your guild's progression stop? Why did you/are you leaving?

I am currently in DOOM ranked 113 in the US and top 250 in the world. Our progress hasnt stopped. We have cleared all of TOC heroic and all of ULDUAR and now working on other things in the game. I am unable to make raids on Sundays and we raid Sun-Thursday and since I cant make Sundays raid i end up getting put on standby on Tuesdays and its very frustrating cause i want to raid. And your schedule of Mon-thurs is something that is very easy for me to do 100% of the time.

A little less serious: When was the last time you left you computer and what did you do?

I went and got a beer and came back with sat here filling this out

If you could be any food or beverage, what would you be and why?

I would be a bottle of tequila cause it lasts a long time and is damn good

nice app. glyph, spec and gear looks good. my only question is, since you glyph for frost ward and fire ward, why not just throw those 2 points into frost warding. might as well, im not nitpicking. but im sure you know how underrated those 2 spells are on some of the fights, and on anub negating 1 penetrating cold tick helps out ALOT, not to mention the mana back.

how would you feel about raiding as ttw/fire? and i love your ui. how recount is bigger than omen. makes me think of demonhands.

LOL i dont leave recount up when I raid so you know. My current guild doesn't log WWS so its kinda of lame. As far as the frost warding I didn't even think about it honestly cause I pop a frost pot during the fight but its a great idea and thank you for the advice. Raiding as TTW/Fire so in other words you want a scorch bitch? LOL yes I can do it but my numbers won't be as high as arcane since arcane is the #1 spec for raiding at the moment but yes I could do that.

yeah, pretty much im scorch bot right now. i have always been arcane since they buffed it back at the beginning of wotlk, before u can clip AM with abarr and still had x3 buff.

but since we lost a demo lock, i've been scorch bot. i don't like it, and we're pretty much finding a mage to replace me, so i can go arcane. i know you probably don't like that idea, but look at it this way, you'll always have a spot in raids, its my trump card right now...=P

Am I correct in stating you logged off in your FFB set? If this is the case, then there are no issues with gear/enchants/gems.

For your arcane spec the lacking point in Abarr is not unconventional in 3.2.2, though I still like to have it (taking a point out of MA) for fights like Twins. Regardless, your choice is fine...just a comment.

I agree with Chillychill in regards to picking up Frost Warding for both specs over Frostbite. They're both very situational talents though, so it's a minor issue. However, for Anub'arak we'd prefer you to at least have that talent for your FFB spec.

Personally I don't put much credence in to parse logs from a target dummy, but it would've been nice if you had followed the directions on this question.

Are you clicking spells like Iceblock and Blink? Why don't you have some of your damage abilities macro'd to use in conjunction with your cooldowns? You could potentially already have this, but I have bartender and it displays the macro name and/or associated assigned key.

What Chillychill said is correct: We are looking for a Mage to take over the role of providing the scorch debuff in raid. More importantly, we're looking for a mage that knows his class well, is competent, and has a good attitude. While initially you would be tasked with providing the crit debuff, it's likely in 3.3 a Warlock would take over that role (based on the current patch notes).

Right now I am logged off in my arcane gear then again I don't really have much off-set gear at the moment. When I am TTW/Fire or FFB I change a few items out but I am always hit capped for whatever spec I am running and I try to maximize my gear to fit that spec but havent had much luck recently getting any gear then again I am not a loot whore lol

Yes usually another mage is scorching if not then of course x5

II don't really have a issue with blink or iceblock I have them key bind for emergency use only I am not one for clickingI have a few macros that I use with my cool downs

Well that understandable the crit buff is important and I could see that being needed in the raid till you get a lock
